The New Role of Business in Society, Addressing Social-Environmental and Economical Issues in Engaged Corporations: A Literature Review

ABSTRACT

The research started to forecast the future directions of international corporations’ purposes and procedures related with responsible and political business. New economical terms were discussed to verify if companies are impacting communities and employees, responding to society with meaningful social-cultural and environmental actions.

Through this literature review the author explored the topic and has suggested a guideline for international companies, in implementing strategies and creating value for stakeholders, as it is believed the market is changing its demands.
